There are many ways to support Sidcot School either financially to one of our ongoing development projects or through giving your time.
The Mentor Scheme
Current students really benefit from speaking with Sidcotians who have completed courses at the university they are interested in or are in careers they would like to pursue. You do not need to be in the UK as communications could be via email if you are unable to mentor in person. If you would like to become a mentor to our students please contact the Development Office.
The Darwen Lectures
In the past we were privileged to have Homer Sykes come to Sidcot to give a talk about his career in photography! We have had the privilege to welcome an inspirational lecture from the Guardian's Maggie O'Kane on the topic of justice and accountability. If you would like to be involved in sharing stories of your career since leaving Sidcot please contact the Development Office.
Sidcot has a long history of philanthropic giving going back to its earliest days. Charitable donations have meant a range of projects have been made possible through the generosity of our supporters including building projects and bursaries. In the past many donations have been collected by the Sidcot Building Trust Fund and the Sidcot Bursary Trust. The school now has a comprehensive development plan which is designed to bring to life our vision for the future. For more information about how you can get involved please contact the Development Office or make a donation online.
